Dr.Christopher M Cimarusti

Dr. Christopher M. Cimarusti did his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University and his Postdoctoral Research from Columbia University. He has close to 40 years of experience in the discovery and development of biological and chemical development process in various aspects such as Process development,technology transfer,strategic analyses, Project Management , pharmaceutical development and approval process study.

He has held several senior positions with organizations such as Squibb Institute for Medical Research,Squibb Chemical Division,Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.His last position with BMS was as Sr Vice President,Pharmaceutical Development Center of Excellence.

Dr. Cimarusti was awarded more than 60 patents and has published more than 40 papers in referred journals in the areas of cardiovascular, steroid and β-lactam chemistry.

Dr. Cimarusti has presented seminars at various institutions and organizations and has been a consultant involved with small and big Pharma and biotechnology companies in various roles.
